Lavender Essential Oil has sedative properties, that make it a useful oil for calming both emotions and physical concerns. It's also used to relieve headaches, anxiety, and insomnia.
Eucalyptus oil will open up the nasal passages, clear the sinuses, and help relieve sinus tension that causes the headaches. Many people are allergic to eucalyptus, so care should be taken.
Ylang Ylang lowers blood pressure and heart rate and quite naturally sets the body up for sleep. When breathed in, the oil gives off a very fruity and pleasing scent, something which is calming in its own right.
Blue Tansy's mellow and slightly fruity scent has specific properties that help create a positive atmosphere when diffused.
 
To use: place on the shower floor away from direct stream of water, sprinkle with some water to activate. As it starts fizzing it will release the essential oils, breathe in deeply an slowly to get the benefits.
4 steamers 2 oz each.
CAUTION: do not use as bath bombs. Shower steamer contain a much higher essential oil amount, not suitable for a bath.
